Clarity Patient Information Export Interface allows Clarity users to select one or multiple patients to export their electronic health information (EHI). It is oriented to promote interoperability principles such as free access, exchange, and use of the patient data regardless of the health provider.

The export patient data is being returned in electronic and computable format in the form of a SQL Server backup file (.bak) that can be restored in SQL Server 2022, version (16.0) or later.

The EHI data dictionary is kept up to date with the latest version of tables and columns that include patient information. You may view and download the data dictionary below:

Instructions on how to access and use the patient export data will be included in the export file. The export ZIP data file contains:

• A database backup file containing Patient(s) data distributed in multiple tables.
• Patient(s) documents when requested.
• Note that the Patient Export file will be available for 30 days for download once requested.
